Small bit of context: I hit this while trying the default startup path from a fresh checkout. The error told me I left the default provider alone here. This just makes the stub error say what I needed at that point: build with |

Running the Go entrypoints without

This PR keeps
local.ladybugas the default provider and only improves the stub guidance. When the stub provider is active, its health message and provider-unavailable errors now point to both supported paths:What stays unchanged
